I saw this great recipe for zucchini chips on Pinterest
It looked really easy to make, so I went and bought a
mandolin and some zucchini and went for it.
Slicing them thin
Soaking up some of the moisture
Baked them...but they didn't look anything like the
picture on Pinterest
I tried several different times playing around with the
thickness & cook times and still no success
They were either too mushy or too burnt
Definitely not crunchy like a chip
So I tried some apple chips with a little cinnamon and sugar
They turned out much better, at least they were eatable
